beginnings

Been drawing and collaging a lot in the last couple of months. Here are a few.

I've wanted to get myself into collage for a long time but lacked the entry point. The wildflowers I was drawing before suddenly started appearing on paint chips. Then those paint chips started arranging themselves with other scraps of paper.

I'm not even beginning to see these as being up to the caliber of "art". I'm just getting my feet wet, in training camp as it were. I hope to evolve to a far great level of sophistication, depth, and originality in the future.
