A lovely Job

It's been a while since I posted anything about my real estate photography venture. That's only because the really fun places to shoot are those that are staged, and they don't come around too often. I did have the pleasure of shooting one such home Saturday however and it really was a joy.

It's a small home well renovated with modern aesthetics in mind while keeping as much of the authentic, vintage appeal intact.

Unfortunately, this particular developer likes to buy up lovely gems like this, renovate, and often split the lot so another home can be built on it. It's a shame too cause this place had a nice patch of green behind it that is now framed up to be the smallest house on the block.

I absolutely loved this use of attic space. It was so cozy and felt like a lovely retreat. A powder room, at least, would have been a nice addition though.

Beautifully photographed, Rachel. You captured the light, the openness and "feel" of the home. I'm not a huge fan of developers overall, but those who chop up lots and put in teeny tiny houses should be booted out of the developer business. Should be against the law. IMHO, of course!

Love the attic space -- so light and airy!
