am slightly giddy from pep talk and purchase by new fellow photo acquaintance. she has a beautiful web site showcasing mostly her commercial work, but also some intriguing "road less traveled" kind of artistic photos. somehow there is a bashfulness about sharing these gems. it's comforting to know that even artists I look up to have the same doubt that I do. crazy world.

i don't know what it is about art and doubt but they really do go hand in hand. perhaps it's cause you're creating a kind of a gift with your whole heart and tossing it into the abyss.
